MuscleFunction offers the following Personal Training and Fitness Training services:
• Sports Specific Training - Sandie has experience training tennis players, triathletes, soccer players, touch football players, dragon boaters, cricketers, basketball players, wheelchair athletes, marathon runners and rugby league players, just to name a few.
• Fitness Training for Teams - some of the teams Sandie has trained include; NSW Indoor Cricket, Australian Indoor Cricket, State Cup Touch Football and Triathlon Teams.
• Fitness Testing - testing can be conducted in the following areas; cardio-vascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular power, muscular strength, flexibility, speed and agility, balance and co-ordination.
• Group Training - small and large groups catered for. All fitness levels.
• One on One or buddy training - you can train as an individual client or with a buddy to share the cost.
• Functional Strength Training - to help make daily activities, leisure activities and sporting activities easier and reduce the risk of injury.
• Foam Rolling and Self Myo-fascial Release - we can show you how to use your foam roller or massage ball to help release muscle and fascial tightness in a safe and effective manner.
• Cardio boxing - for individuals and groups.
